2115 St Andrews has grass not cut. It is almost knee high and looks really bad
Hi Pete: Sorry for the delayed reply. Is that still the case. If so, I will pass this to the association officers.
Just letting you know that the street light between 2113 St Andrews and 1991 St Andrews has gone out. I was told that I should notify you and that you would notify Gulf Power. If that is incorrect, let me know and I will notify Gulf Power myself.

A board member does not have to report a street light out. Anyone that notices a light out can report it to Gulf Power . They will come out an address the problem, if for some reason they do not then please notify a board member and we will address the issue. Thanks for your help in keeping our neighborhood a safe place for our families.

pete has a satellite dish mounted on his roof that does not meet the covenanant restrictions. P ete also has a huge unsightly garbage container in driveway and 2 cars in the street. Given his offense to my rv parked in my driveway, I am sure he wants to conform. I am collecting a large number of fence restrictions that I will document and report as soon as possible. There is such a huge effort in doing so. Could you tell me what jurisdiction the HOA has on parking in the street. Thank you very much, I look forward to your response.

I had been gone for about a month, when we returned, I found three windows had been shot with BB gun. Reported it to the Sheriff’s Department. It was on the back side of my house facing a couple of neighbors yards. One neighbors kids admitted to having BB guns and did target practice their back yard. Hope this isn’t happening to any other folks.
I am looking for the name and number of a resident on Turnberry that I understand works on sprinkler systems.
