King’s Road Communities has Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions. Because of these most people believe that the property values will increase or at most stay at a high level. This is the overwhelming reason why people move to our community. They know the neighbors want to keep up their property. The other reason to reside in our community is because of the school district in which we are located.

This is what drives us to live in a community that cares about keeping our home values up and that helps to maintain a place where we all can enjoy living!

The Board of Directors is composed of a group of people who reside in the Kings Road Communities and who are trying to keep our neighborhoods a beautiful and wonderful place to live. If you would like to be a part of the Board, please let us know!

Kings Road Communities employs sheriff deputies who patrol our neighborhood on a regular basis. This is paid for out of homeowners association fees.
