2010 Kings Road Communities Homeowners Assessment Statement 

The Kings Road Homeowners Association annual assessment is made in accordance with the governing documents of the Kings Road Association, Incorporated.  The Assessment is applicable to owners of real property in the Kings Road Communities’ subdivisions.  This assessment is made on each lot.

The 2010 Kings Road Homeowners Association annual assessment dues are $175.00.   The assessment is due and payable upon receipt of this notice.

Please make payable to Kings Road Homeowners Association, Inc. (KRHOA) on or before January 31, 2010.  The assessment will be delinquent if not paid by February 1, 2010. Interest will be charged at the rate of 18% per annum beginning February 1, 2010, and a property lien can be filed on your home for collection of this assessment along with lien fees.
